No liquidificador, bata o leite condensado, o creme de leite, a essência de baunilha e a gelatina dissolvida na água, em banho-maria. Transfira para uma tigela e misture as claras batidas em ponto de neve delicadamente. Despeje a musse sobre a massa de biscoitos e leve à geladeira por 4 horas. Para a calda, coloque os igredientes em uma panela e leve ao fogo médio até derreter a goiabada. Escorra a carne e reserve a marinada. Seque bem a carne com papel-toalha.</span></p><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Aqueça metade do óleo na wok ou em uma frigideira em fogo alto, até ficar bem quente. Frite a metade da carne por 2-3 minutos, até dourar. Transfira para um prato. Limpe a wok com papel-toalha e recoloque no fogo.
